Spanish. Initial information is provided at no cost.


3. Document Review & Preparation
We verify your information and prepare the required filings, forms, or documents based on your
specific situation and applicable jurisdictions.


4. Submission & Agency Coordination
We submit paperwork and coordinate with the appropriate government agencies when required.
Processing timelines depend on the agencies involved.


5. Follow-Up & Support
If questions or issues arise, we help address them and guide you through the next steps.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

Bringing the right documents helps us review your situation accurately and avoid delays. Every case is different, but the items below cover the most common situations.

General (All Appointments)

  • Valid government-issued photo ID

  • Any letters or notices received from a government agency

  • Prior filings, permits, or documents related to your request

  • Contact information for all parties involved

Tax Preparation (Individual & Business)

  • Prior-year tax returns (if available)

  • Income documents (W-2s, 1099s, or other records)

  • Business income and expense records (if applicable)

  • Information for dependents or relatives included

  • Any correspondence related to prior filings or corrections

Business Licensing & Entity Formation

  • Description of your business activity

  • Business address and mailing address

  • Ownership information (partners, members, officers)

  • Existing licenses or registrations (if any)

  • Previous filings done online or elsewhere

Notary, Translations & Apostilles

  • Original documents to be notarized or translated

  • All parties required to sign (with valid photo ID)

  • Destination country (if documents will be used outside the U.S.)

  • Any specific instructions provided by an agency or institution
